I loved James, he taught me that not only didn't cooking have to be tough, but that it could be fun. Cooking shows of today could learn a lot from the Urban? Peasant.

By: cascadejacques. on 17 Jan 11, 11:27:32
Well, it was a Canadian show after all, and it reflected that: the desire to be pretentious and holier-than-thou while at the same time being salt-of-the-earth Common Folks. Total identity crisis on hell's wheels and this is the result: a vaguely British accent giving half-assed direction that's both too fussy and? too sloppy, all at once. What a joke.

I love his show. I actually saw him live at a local market on my birthday. I mentioned it afterwards when most people were gone. I was a bit shy than. He is such a cool guy. I enjoy his style and have a 3 his cook? books which are terrific.. I think the most memorable reciepe was a spicy chocolate dish with I believe it was chicken. I thought it was odd but than again at that age I was not cooking that myuch although I did enjoy it. RIP my friend and thanks for the great memories
