I....disagree. If the service is bad, surely wait staff, bad food, no one shows up? to offer water or coffee within a reasonable time period given the crowd in the restaurant...no tip. If the service is acceptable, I'm seated, handed a menu, asked about beverages, beverages appear, the food appears, and they check in once before the meal is over, 20%. They did a reasonable job, and I didn't loose time. If it's great...30%+

Actually, most of Europe does not include service charges. I usually just tip the amout that feels good? to me. However I NEVER tip when there's a service charge included, because the service charge is already like 35% of the total price.

You? don't tip fast food, but you do tip waiters, waitresses, hairdressers, the guy who fills your petrol, if any still exsist, massage tharapists, ecpecially if you get a happy ending, the people who load your purchase into your car (not really standard, but after working at ACE Hardware I was very greatful to those that did), etc.

I don't think you should EVER apologize for going out of your way? to give someone something extra that you aren't obliged to give them... If anything I wouldn't tip higher only because they aren't appreciative of your tip. Unless it was like a 10 cent tip, there should be no reason to be insulted because they're giving you extra money...

how much percent % do you tip the chef at mcdonalds? i usually tip a little less at mcdonalds than at sit down restaurants. like, usually at mcdonalds i only tip them 15% instead of the standard 20%, is this ok? i was at the drive thru and as usual the chef? handed me my bag when i was done, and as usual i handed the chef the tip of 15%, but the she sighed and said "ugh, typical." and walked back. all those times i insulted the chef by giving only 15%. do you think i should apologize?

Can I just point something out that drives me a little nuts about you two? There's a significant volume difference between YOUR videos and John's. Yours are always super quiet so I have to crank up the volume and John's a louder so I end up turning it down and when I'm watching on the playlist to catch up I'm? constantly fiddling with the volume settings. Dave I believe that breast stroke kick in the open water race isn't something you should recommend to anyone. Unless you want to get rid of all those nasty drafters and give them a lesson? of their life time :| . People if you are reading this please dont do breast stroke leg action as you can seriously hurt someone, if you believe you need to stretch your calves keep your feet dorsiflexed but don't kick as demonstrated on video, either don't kick at all or do your freestyle kick dorsiflex

nice tips but make sure u dont look at the sky too much, if you over-rotate you will have poor balence in the water and you will either start to sink or you will find it harder get? your head up to breath on the next stroke. once you settle into a rhythm breath normally and forget about looking at the sky, its faster
