try spinning the insert until right before the point were it starts to strip. then apply locktight thread lock to all of the newly exposed threads. then tighten insert in the same direction that you tighten the pedal. let sit? for a while, then try to loosen. this worked on my cheap demo cranks that were a similar design. i used the red locktight brand thread lock.

this was well over a year ago man, my new bikes on my page. is? it a 2010 or 11? i cant speak for 2011 but the 2010 has an absolutely shit wheelset especially the rear. i had sooo much trouble with it, new wheels are a good idea, sealed hubs. that plastic seat gone. also i bent my cranks within a week of having this bike.

well stock it was 24 pounds 11 ounces i think which is very light. no brakes, cut post. lighter tyresi reckon itl be about 24, 5 ounces, iv not saved a huge amount of weight? but it wasnt heavy to start with. im putting primo hollowbites on there, new front wheel at some point so it should be under 24. its a dam light bike stock.

This is my new primo mix wheel. just a quick look over it and a sound check to show people. Its amasingly smooth to ride, great engagement and for u ratchet junkies like mysel...very loud AND may i add it is fully greased so it will get even louder than it is. i recommend it...just get different colours eh ;)

let me explain to u why that statement is completely stupid. 1 - the primo remix was not even invented or even thought up when i bought this wheel ( look at the video date ) secondly the remix is not female, making it no improvement, the bearings are smaller therefore break easier. its uglier, and more expensive. the remix is shit. this is better, and even if the remix was better? i couldnt have bought it anyway

"? facepalm " thats not the rims fault its urs, u need to make sure the nipples arnt poking into the area the tube will be, u then need to get good rim tape. check the inside of ur tyre isnt sharp. blow the tyre up to a high psi. u wont get any punctures

New bike check up soon, and if the weather improves....some riding footage. just spent 240 quid on a primo mix, laced to a primo balance, same set? up as dan lacey so it must be good. the trim has also now been sprayed flat gold and i have another faf 2.3 on the rear.
